Hi! I'm Bert Padilla. A 23-year old technocrat from Cebu City.
I've been known in the web as Technologian since I started indulging the internet and joined the blogosphere. But due to some sort of "renovation" of this blog, I started to call myself as one of the Cebu Technology Bloggers- thus I am a Cebu Tech Blogger. I'm an official member and Content Management Committee of the Cebu Bloggers Society where I also contribute blogs - so basically, I'm a part-time Blogger.

On this blog, I talk about the internet, technology, social media, search engine optimization, blogging tips, and making money online.
