How to Enable Ctrl-Alt-Del in Windows 7

Do you frequently use Ctrl+Alt+Del in earlier version of Windows like XP and Vista to reboot your computer, and summon the task manager or Windows Security? I am certain that you are, since Ctrl-Alt-Del feature is one of the easiest ways to interrupt non-operational or malfunctioning programs and applications.

But have you ever wondered why Ctrl-Alt-Del don't work on Windows 7? The reason behind this is that we need to enable first this feature before finally using it. Simply follow these simple steps on how to Enable Ctrl-Alt-Del feature in Windows 7:

1. Click on the Start Icon.
2. On the search function, type: netplwiz
3. A program named netplwiz will be highlighted while you type your search.
4. Click on that search result to open the User Account window.
5. On the User Account box, click on the Advanced tab.
6. You can see a small frame at the bottom of the Advanced tab labeled as Secure Logon.
7. To enable the secure logon, you need to check the box that says: "Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete".

Now, you can already use Ctrl+Alt+Del feature on Windows 7.
